PERIOD OF RENTING FOR MOBIL-HOME: Full week from Saturday till Saturday in high season.
In Mid season and High season : Arrival from 3 p.m, departure before 10 a.m.
The prices (VAT included) include water, gaz and electricity consumption.
Locations are fully equiped with crockery, cutlery, kitchen ustencils, but without bed-sheet and pillows.
If you need bed-sheets, ask for them when you reserve the location.

RESERVATION : The reservation will be confirmed after receipt of a downpayment of 30% of the total renting price and 15 euros reservation costs non refundable. An advice of delivery will be send at the receipt of your downpayment.

CANCELLATION : If you cancel, the following fees remain due : administration fees, 20% of the total cost of your stay when you cancel over 30 days before your arrival, the full amount of your stay if you cancel less than 29 days before your arrival or if you fail to show up. Cancellations must be sent by registered mail.
PAYMENT : The remainder 70% will have to be paid on arrival for touring pitches booking and 30 days before your arrival date for mobil-homes booking.
No reduction will be made in the case of your late arrival or your early depart.
In case of a later arrival, write us please a confirmation. If we don’t receive any written information, the rent could stop being held from the next day at 4pm.
Foreign currency and credit cards are not accepted.

DEPOSIT : a refundable deposit of 250 euros is required upon arrival.
If there is damage no incurred then this sum will be reimbursed in total in the week following the departure.
INVENTORY : Keys and inventory will be done the day of the departure between 8.30 o’clock and 10 o’clock, in the presence of the reception.
In the case of early departure outside office hours, the deposit will be returned by post afer inspection of the premises.
A forfait of 50€ will be retained from this sum if the accommodation is not cleaned on the day of the departure.
